What a year 2021 has been! We all thought the dust was settled from the COVID epidemic and that 2021 would bring more “normalcy” back to our lives, but 2021 came and has left its own mark on D&L history.

This year has brought some unique challenges to our industry. Operating with no electricity in two locations in February during the historical snow storm and servicing customers who needed us throughout the bad weather at all locations was one of the most unique challenges D&L has faced to date. The snow storm brought a plethora of stocking and transportation challenges, but we forge ahead. Weather patterns across the country have been shifting and impacting crop productions for hay and raw goods, but we forge ahead. ‘Now Hiring’ signs occupy SO many business doors during this season, but we forge ahead.

The lesson of 2021 for us at D&L has been to forge ahead regardless of the uncertainty. We have been blessed with the absolute BEST staff that chooses to forge ahead each day. In addition, we are amazed at the resilience, grace and loyalty of YOU, our D&L customers. With so many challenges there has been an undeniable environment of positivity, patience and loyalty from you. We are humbled by your choice to shop at D&L and hope that we can honor the D&L legacy to forge ahead and create an environment that shares a passion for agriculture, farms, and pets.

Thank you for choosing to do business with us and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your families.
